— Transcripts or equivalent experience is examined and verified — See Course Prerequisites
— Advisement and counsel regarding financial viability provided — See Program Cost Estimates
— Prospective students must present a valid WCC STUDENT ID CARD in person.
— Priority registration is reserved for current qualified students, and graduates of the WCC DMA Program.
— Qualified students acquire a signed Registration Consent Form from the Instructor.
— ON-LINE REGISTRATION IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR THIS COURSE!!
STEP 2 — go to the Student Connection:
— Submit your instructor-signed Registration Consent Form IN-PERSON ONLY at the Student Connection Desk — SC Building, 2nd Floor.
STEP 3 — go to the Cashier Window:
— 4:00pm Friday 09March 2018 at the Cashier Window, SC Building, 2nd Floor.
— The Cashier Window closes at 4:00pm
— All student accounts must meet the $2,550 minimum by 4:00pm 09March to lock their seat. Students accounts that are not paid-in-full by 4:00pm Friday 09 March risk being bumped off the class roster by new student registration[s] paid-in-full.
STEP 4 — PROGRAM PRICE FINAL BALANCE CAN ONLY BE PAID IN-PERSON:
— PROGRAM COST IS DUE
by 4:00pm Friday 09March 2018 at the Cashier Window
— Tuition can be paid online by means of Student Login to MyWCC
— Tuition amount is based on residency status, which is determined at the time of final payment.
— The Program Price does NOT include the 3-Credit Digital Photography Abroad Tuition and expenses.
— The Non-Credit Spanish Language & Culture fee is a separate charge, if applicable.
— Students must pay tuition, technology fee, contact hour fee, and tax to keep their seat "locked."
CANCELLATION / FULL REFUND POLICY
Students must officially declare cancellation at the Student Connection, IN PERSON, by 4:00pm, Eastern Time, Friday 09March 2018. Program Price [$2,550] Refunds are NOT provided after this time & date unless the class is cancelled by WCC. Tuition and technology fees are refundable if cancellation is declared prior to departure, since those costs are not included in the Program Price. IMPORTANT: DO NOT PURCHASE AIRFARE UNTIL YOU ARE OFFICIALLY NOTIFIED BY THE INSTRUCTOR OF THE TRIP'S CONFIRMATION STATUS. Students will be notified of the trip's confirmation status Saturday 10March 2018. Students are advised of airfare options by the instructor only when the trip is confirmed as a GO. If students purchase airfare before Friday 09March 2018, and the trip is cancelled, then WCC cannot be held liable for the monetary losses incurred.
