Preparing for the Test
The Test consists of three parts:
- Part 1: True/False and Multiple Choice on -

Taking the Test
- The test must be taken in the Testing Center, SC 300. Check the Testing Center Web page for hours of operation.
- Allow about as much time for this test as you needed for the first one, but be sure to start the test no less than two hours before Testing Center closing time.
- You must present photo ID to take a test in the Testing Center.
- The test is administered through Aardvark.
- Tell the Proctor that this is an Aardvark test. The Proctors have insturctions for Aardvark tests behind the counter.
- You will be assigned to a numbered computer in the testing room, and logged in remotely.
- The Proctor will enter the password to make the test materials available for you.
- You will receive a printed set of instructions for Parts 2 and 3.
- Once you are seated at your assigned computer, the test should be just like the first one.
- Part 1: No books, notes, or on-line materials allowed.
- Parts 2 and 3: Only Microsoft Office Help allowed for reference.
- Testing Center proctors can assist you with technical problems, but will provide no assistance with the test material itself.
- Submit your Excel and Access files directly through Aardvark. Each has an entry in the Schedule section.
