Text Page Vertical Indexing Sheet

	This page provides a ruler to identify vertical positions on pages of
	the textbook. This page should be printed with the top and bottom
	margines set to 1/2 inch. There should be 39 lines on the table, all
	on one page. This was the case with IE 5.5 and Netscape 4.73.
	My notes for the textbook include references to vertical positions
	on pages where you will need to add pointers to web pages. Use this
	ruler to locate those vertical positions, with the top of the sheet
	matching the top of the textbook page.
