Math 169: Test for Chapter 10: Solving Systems of Equations

View as a full page, especially with Netscape.

Notice: this page changes every time it is loaded, or re-loaded (refreshed).

(Warning: at this point in time, this page works on both Netscape Navigator 4 and Microsoft Internet Explorer 4 However, it works best with the most recent version of both of those browsers. There are some special precautions to be taken when printing with Netscape (Click here to get directions on printing from Netscape).

At the end of this page there is a button to create the answers in a separate window.

America On-Line uses a modified version of Internet Explorer. It has been my experience that the secondary window does not work in some versions of AOL. The "See Answers" button will cause the AOL browser to open a new window, but then the browser generates an error on that window. If you are using AOL that fails in this way, then click the "No" to close the error message box, and then close the secondary window. Note: you can run IE 4.0 from AOL if you have IE 4.0 or Netscape on your computer (and they are free to download). Merely sign onto AOL and then minimize it and start IE 4.0 or Netscape.

Be careful to read all of each problem. Because these pages are produced on the WEB, for printed versions of these pages there is a chance that a problem, or its possible answers, will be split across two pages.
