For #5 and #6 of the FAQ question/answer combo, you will have a browser window open up to display the HTML page in question (shipping.html and returns.html).
  1. Select the text "here"

  2. Go to Window>Behaviors.

  3. Click on the "+" sign. Make sure you are Showing Events for IE 6.0 or Netscape 6.0.

  4. Select "Open Browser Window".

  5. Select the matching HTML page within the popups folder.

  6. Insert the appropriate in the Window Width and Window Height text boxes.

    (shipping pop-up dimensions: 775px wide, 325px high

    returns pop-up dimensions: 775px wide, 600px high)

    Press "okay".

  7. Make sure your event is set to (onMouseDown).

  8. Save your FAQ page.
