User Experience Deliverables
Start early.
- Begin working on each deliverable as soon as it is assigned.
- Each deliverable will require a significant number of hours to complete successfully.
Follow the examples.
- An example of each deliverable is provided to help you learn and also to serve as a guide.
Be thorough and detailed.
- This is a significant factor in doing well on the deliverables.
- Clients expect quality work and detailed analysis.
Seek assistance from the WCC Writing Center.
- The WCC Writing Center provides assistance to all WCC students on their writing assignments.
Exams
Prepare detailed answers for all the essay questions.
- Put together detailed answers for all the potential questions, since the final set of three essays will be chosen from that group.
Construct outlines for each essay and memorize them.
- Study from outlines summarizing the main points in your detailed answers.
- As soon as you get into class, reproduce the outline from memory (blank paper is provided during the exam).
For multiple answer questions only select the answers you know are correct.
- In the awarding of partial credit for multiple answer questions, wrong answers penalize you.
