ABSENCE/LATE POLICIES
Students are expected to attend class regularly for the full length of class. Failure to attend class regularly or failure to participate in class may compromise your final grade.
We will be covering a significant amount of information this semester, most of which is presented through in-class lectures. It will be difficult to keep up with the class without attending.

STUDENT EXPECTATIONS
- Attend class and be on time.
- Homework and projects are due at the beginning of class.
- Do not use e-mail or the Internet during lecture. If this becomes an issue, you may be asked to leave the class.
- If possible, set cell phones and pagers to silent mode when in class; all calls must be handled outside of the classroom (please go out in the hall).
- Late homework/projects will NOT be accepted, unless other arrangements have been made with the instructor prior to the due date.
- If you have personal problems or wish to discuss your grade, DON'T try to get the instructor's attention during class. Contact the instructor via e-mail or see privately before or after class.
