Activity 2: Getting Your Files on the Server

Instructions:

1. Launch FileZilla. Either look for an \'FZ\' icon in the quick start icons, or go to Start --> Programs and look for FileZilla.
2. Connect to the student server and create your public_html directory
3. Inside of your public_html directory create an inp150 directory
4. Inside of your inp150 directory create a labs directory
5. Transfer your lab files to the labs directory
6. The files can be accessed online at: http://stu.wccnet.edu/~username/inp150/
7. You will see a directory listing, which is shown on the student server if a file named index.html (or index.htm) is not found in the directory
8. As you can tell from looking at the address, your public_html directory is never mentioned. It is in the place where your username is located.
