Quality test findings are based on the Quality Assurance Plan for small Websites described in Part 7. This table summarizes the information that needs to be part of the report:

| a. Purpose |
Repeat the purpose statement from the original Quality Assurance Plan, with any revisions that appeared helpful as the site was developed. |
b. Tests |
List and describe the tests that were carried out, tools, techniques, and methodologies used (from the "Tools, Techniques, and Methodologies" section of the QA Plan). For each test, detail the pages and/or features that were tested. |
c. Problem reporting and corrective action |
List each test again, detailing whether the test revealed any problems. If problems were revealed, explain them and suggest corrective action that needs to be taken. This is the section that is supposed to go to the Project Manager so that resources can be assigned for correcting the problems. |
