Dynamic Feature Set - This is a list of all the dynamic features and tools that will be included in your site. These are shaped by your users' needs and tasks.
"Dynamic" features are those that involve interaction between the client and the server, or extra preparation to produce animation, video, or audio. Examples include:
Features that can be produced using standard HTML or graphics software are not considered "dynamic". An email "mailto" link is not considered "dynamic" in this sense because it's a standard HTML construct that requires no additional time or resources to produce. The reason for separating the dynamic features from other aspects of the site is that these require specialized team members to produce: programmers, database specialists, animators, etc. This makes the features more costly, more time-consuming to produce, and hence require special planning and handling.
Example:
Feature SetThe SCHM Web site will include several dynamic and interactive features. Not all features will be implemented at the same time. Phase 1: Initial site deployment
Phase 2: By the end of the first year
Phase 3: By the end of the second year
