5. Installing TCP/IP Support (Windows PC)

a. Click Start | Settings | Control Panel

 

b. Double-click on the Network icon.

c. Check to see if the TCP/IP Dial-Up Adapter is installed. 

This illustration shows TCP/IP installed.
If it is not installed, you won't see it on the list.

If is installed, continue with 6. Making a New Connection (NG33wmn)

 

 

If the TCP/IP adapter is NOT installed, here's what to do:

d. Click Add... | Protocol | Microsoft | TCP/IP | OK - Insert Win95/98 Setup CD or diskettes when prompted.

NextWhen Windows has finished with the installation, continue with 6. Making a New Connection (NG33wmn).
