Find the Syllabus and Schedule for your class:

CIS 100 Syllabus Schedule

It's not essential to print the Syllabus and Class Schedule, but it will help if you do.

Step 1

The instructor has sent an email to your WCC student account, and you will need to reply to that email. Follow these steps to determine how to reply to the email:

  • Have you activated your WCC student email account?
    • If not, follow the instructions in exercise NA04h. You need only complete steps 1 and 2 - skip steps 3 and 4.
  • Have you set up email forwarding to another account?
    • If so, log in to the account to which your mail was forwarded.
  • Log in to your email account and look for an email from your instructor.

  2. Open the document in Word
  3. Type your answers to the questions in the space to the right of each question
  4. Save the file frequently as you work, and again when you’re done
  5. Read over your answers to check for spelling and gramatical errors and verify that it follows standard business-email practice.
